At Drumshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your gear in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
